Some of our most popular groups include the Encompass Club, Interact Club, Bible Club, Drama Club, and Gaming Club giving students a chance to explore interests and make lasting friendships.

A Tradition of Excellence — Especially in Baseball
Baseball is a proud tradition in Cherryville. Our high school team has brought home eight state championships, and spring games are a beloved community event. It’s more than a sport here, it’s part of who we are.

Investing in the Future
Thanks to the Cherryville High School Education Foundation, our students benefit from state-of-the-art resources. Since 2010, the foundation has invested nearly $750,000 into our school, including a brand-new science lab designed to give students hands-on, college-style lab experiences.

Hands-On Learning
Our science program goes beyond the textbook. With scheduled lab days, students experience learning like they would in a college course — preparing them for what’s next, whether that’s college or career.

Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) program is always growing. Students can now explore real-world fields like law and justice, with guest visits from the local SWAT team and fire department that make learning exciting and meaningful.

Creativity shines at Cherryville High. Our student artists are regularly recognized at the countywide senior art show, earning awards and accolades for their hard work and talent.
